It reads the caption, hashtags or title, suggests the game, and adds it once you confirm, with the link saved so you remember where you found it. Or search a catalog of about 90,000 games (September 2026) that copes with typos and abbreviations like “botw”.
On 21 real gaming TikTok links, 19 came back as a confident match (tested September 2026).
Save games from TikTok →Connect Steam and your owned games arrive with hours played. You sign in on Steam’s own page, so Prysm never sees your password. On Android, Prysm can also find the games installed on your phone. Xbox is coming.
Track your Steam backlog →Tell Prysm how long you have tonight and how big a game you are in the mood for. It deals one game from your backlog that fits, and games you are already playing get a nudge, because finishing beats starting. Filter by the console in front of you.
Decide what to play next →Mark every game Playing, Backlog, Completed or Paused, rate it out of 10, add notes and hours, and post a review for your friends. Each game page shows time to beat and a critic score.
Looking for a Backloggd app? →Keep a wishlist and watch the games you are waiting for. When an announced release day arrives, you get a notification. A date that is really just “Q4 2026” is shown as Q4 2026, and never fires a false alert.
How release alerts work →Follow friends, see what they are playing, and post about games with images, polls and reviews. Friends-only posts stay friends-only. Seasonal challenges, like beating three RPGs in October, count progress straight from your library.
How the feed works →Prysm is free for a library of up to 50 games, with roulette, link sharing, friends and challenges included. Prysm Pro, an optional subscription, removes the limit. Imports always bring in your whole library first, and if Pro ends nothing is deleted.
What Pro includes →Prysm works that way for games, on iPhone and Android: log what you play, mark it completed, rate it out of 10, post reviews and follow friends to see what they are playing.
As of September 2026, Backloggd is a website, and native iOS and Android apps are still items on its public roadmap. Prysm is a separate game backlog tracker, built as a native app for iPhone and Android.
Yes. Connect Steam in the app and your owned games come in with hours played. Your Steam profile’s game details need to be public; the app explains how to change that. On Android, Prysm can also find games installed on your phone. Xbox import is coming. PlayStation and Nintendo libraries can’t be imported.
Open roulette, say how much time you have and how big a game you want, and Prysm deals one game from your backlog that fits tonight. Ask again and you get a different one.
Share the TikTok or YouTube link to Prysm and it matches the game from the caption, hashtags or video title, then asks you to confirm. It doesn’t analyse the video itself, so if the caption never names the game, search takes over.
Yes, for a library of up to 50 games, with roulette, link sharing, friends and challenges included. Prysm Pro is an optional subscription that removes the limit; prices are shown in the App Store and Google Play. If a subscription ends, nothing is deleted.
